We have ambitious goals to create the best player development environment in the San Francisco Bay Area and have taken the first steps to achieve these goals. We have invested in a highly qualified coaching staff, hiring numerous new coaches who share our vision and our ambitions; we are aligning all our programs in the club to ensure that all our teams follow a unified game model, coaching methodology and player development philosophy; we have introduced club wide periodization model that simplifies the planning process for our coaches to implement our club’s style of play and game model; we are investing in infrastructure and technology that support our player development initiatives and all of this is just a beginning. We have a clear vision of where we want to go and to ensure the quality of execution, I myself spend a lot of time on the soccer fields working with both players and coaches at all levels in the club. We understand the challenges of the environment and that there will be many obstacles to overcome, but we are resolute in our intentions and are fully committed to all the players who choose SF Elite as their place for growth and development.
